Retention: Transaction records are kept for 10 years in accordance with applicable French accounting and tax legislation.
2.2 Email communications (newsletter and free resources)
If you subscribe to our newsletter or request a free resource, you provide your email address voluntarily. We use Resend (a transactional email service) to send these emails.
We use this data to: send you the content you requested and occasional updates about new products and resources.
Legal basis: consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw consent at any time by clicking "Unsubscribe" in any email or emailing legal@digitaltemplatenest.com.
