1. Who we are
This website is operated by digitaltemplatenest, Entreprise individuelle – micro-entreprise (auto-entrepreneur), 56 Rue de Metz, 51100 Reims, France (SIRET: 50147159212544).
Contact: support@digitaltemplatenest.com
2. What we sell
We sell digital products — templates, tools, and downloadable resources — delivered electronically by download link. We do not sell physical goods. We do not maintain inventory or ship physical items.
3. Placing an order
By clicking "Buy now" and completing payment on Stripe's hosted checkout, you are placing a binding order for the product described on the product page.
You must provide a valid email address at checkout. Your download link will be sent to this address. We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by an incorrect email address.
You confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or that you have the permission of a parent or guardian.
4. Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in EUR (€) and are the final price payable, all taxes included (TTC). As a French micro-entreprise under the VAT franchise scheme, no VAT is charged or added — TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI.
Payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store or process your card details; Stripe is solely responsible for payment processing. By completing payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service.
5. Delivery
Upon confirmed payment, an automated email is sent to the address you provided, containing a secure, time-limited download link. The link is typically delivered within seconds and is valid for 72 hours from sending.
If you do not receive your download link within a few minutes of payment, check your spam folder. If the link has expired before you were able to download the file, contact us at support@digitaltemplatenest.com and we will provide a new link.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including but not limited to email provider filtering or service outages).
6. Right of withdrawal — digital goods
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), consumers normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
However, under Article 16(m) of that Directive (implemented in French law, notably Article L221-28 of the Code de la consommation), the right of withdrawal is excluded for digital content not supplied on a physical medium where:
- performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent, AND
- the consumer has acknowledged that they thereby lose their right of withdrawal.
By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to performance (delivery of the download) beginning immediately upon payment, and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once the download has been made available to you.
If you have not yet downloaded the file, you may contact us within 14 days of purchase to request a refund. See our Refund Policy for full details.
If you have a problem with the product (it does not match the description, it does not function as stated), this is handled under our product quality commitment — email us and we will fix or refund as appropriate, regardless of the withdrawal waiver.
7. License terms
Purchasing a product grants you a license to use that product under the terms stated in the license summary table on the relevant product page.
Personal use license: You may use the product for your own personal or business purposes. You may not use it to produce deliverables for paying clients, redistribute it, or resell it.
Commercial use license (where indicated): You may use the product to produce deliverables for paying clients. You may not redistribute the template files, resell the template, or sub-license it to others.
No license permits: reproduction of the product for distribution, resale of the template files, or claiming original authorship of the template design.
The full license terms applicable to each product are stated on its product page. In the event of any conflict, the product page license terms govern.
8. Intellectual property
All products sold on this website are protected by copyright. Purchase confers a license to use the product as described; it does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property in the product.
9. Disclaimer
Products are provided "as is." We take reasonable care to ensure that products match their descriptions and function as stated. In the event a product does not function as described, contact us and we will remedy the issue.
To the extent permitted by applicable French law, we do not accept liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under French or EU law.
10. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@digitaltemplatenest.com — we resolve most issues by email within a few business days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, you may use the European online dispute resolution platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
As a consumer in France, you also have the right to refer a dispute, free of charge, to a consumer mediator (médiateur de la consommation) under Articles L611-1 et seq. of the Code de la consommation. The competent mediator and contact details are provided on request at legal@digitaltemplatenest.com.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. The effective date reflects the most recent update. Material changes will be announced on the site.
