Digital products — understanding your refund rights

All products sold on this website are digital goods delivered immediately by download link. This affects your refund rights under EU law, and we want to explain this clearly before you buy.

The EU right of withdrawal — what it means for digital downloads

Under EU consumer law, you normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal from online purchases. However, for digital content not delivered on a physical medium (such as a downloaded template file), this right does not apply once you have downloaded the content, provided that:

1. You gave your express consent to performance beginning immediately upon payment, AND
2. You acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once the content was made available for download.

By completing your purchase, you confirm both conditions: you request immediate delivery and you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the file has been made available for download.

In plain English: Once you have downloaded the file, we are not able to offer a refund under the EU right of withdrawal. This is standard for digital downloads under EU law.

Our refund commitment

We take product quality seriously. Every template on this site has been tested before listing. If something goes wrong, we want to fix it.

We will provide a full refund if:

• You contact us within 14 days of purchase AND you have not yet downloaded the file.
• The product file is corrupted, incomplete, or cannot be opened in the software stated on the product page.
• The product materially does not match its description or preview on the product page.

We will work to resolve the issue (and refund if we cannot) if:

• A template feature does not work as described on the product page.
• You received the wrong file.

We are unable to offer a refund if:

• You have downloaded the file and the product works as described but is not to your personal preference.
• You purchased a product that is compatible with software you do not have installed.
• You have changed your mind after downloading.

How to request a refund

Email us at support@digitaltemplatenest.com with:

• The email address used at checkout
• The name of the product you purchased
• A description of the issue

We aim to respond within 1 business day. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method (Stripe) and typically appear within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Chargebacks

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback. We resolve legitimate issues quickly by email. If you have a dispute, we are here to work through it.
